Senior Superintendent,
Civil

  • Oversee the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. With a hands-on approach, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects through strategic planning, problem-solving, and team leadership.

Senior Estimator,
Civil

  • Analyze construction plans, prepare budget estimates, and develop competitive bids for civil engineering projects. This role requires close collaboration with management to determine the best approach for each project while evaluating site requirements, cost changes, and potential additions. You will resolve cost discrepancies by gathering and analyzing data, ensuring accurate and strategic financial planning.

Senior Civil Project Manager

  • Oversee projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful execution and strong client relationships. You will take full ownership of project management while also mentoring and developing project management staff. With a hands-on leadership approach, you will drive efficiency, collaboration, and excellence throughout every phase of the project.

Heavy Equipment Technician

  • Seeking heavy equipment mechanics for a large fleet. Qualified candidates must have experience on earthmoving equipment. Caterpillar experience preferred. This position is for field and shop work. We are looking for an individual with a positive and willing to learn attitude!

General Superintendent,
Civil

  • This position is responsible for managing day-to-day onsite operations of multiple crews and new and on going Heavy construction projects. 

Estimator,
Civil

  • This role requires a self-starter, Bid-to-win mentality, overseeing major estimates with little supervision. Must be able to meet critical deadlines, have the ability to lead and mentor others as well as to work as part of a team.

Project Manager

  • Oversee projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and on-site crews to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Construction Laborer

  • Responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople on construction sites by performing tasks such as loading/unloading materials, operating basic tools, preparing job sites, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requires physical stamina, reliability, and adherence to safety regulations.

Equipment Operator 

  • This role is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and effective manner. Equipment under this job description may include but not limited to: trucks, excavators, dozers, scrapers, compactors. 

Site Safety and Health Officer

  • This position provides appropriate direction, oversight, and management of the safety, health, and environmental site-specific safety programs according to OSHA, owners, clients, and all other federal, state, and local regulations.

Heavy Civil Shop Supervisor

  • Oversee operations of the shop, manage maintenance and repair of heavy civil equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires experience with heavy construction equipment, strong leadership, and organizational skills.

Assistant Superintendent

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing construction site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. Support quality control, communicate project updates, and help resolve site issues to ensure timely project completion. 

CDL Class A & B Drivers

  • Our drivers play a crucial role in within our team. Must have experience in operating a dump truck or dump trailer. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday and some weekends. Home daily, year round work. 

Pipe Foreman

  • Leading crews in installing underground utilities. Responsible for coordinating storm, fire, water, and sewer line installation on civil construction sites while ensuring safety, quality, and project efficiency. 

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

  • Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing schedules, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
