Site Development of a 13-acre site for Future Lowes. Sitework to include erosion control, grading for 100,000 SF Lowes Store, Underground utility installation.
Storm Drain Installation: We installed 2,100 linear feet of storm drains, ranging in size from 10 inches to 30 inches, ensuring efficient stormwater management and preventing potential water accumulation throughout the site.
Sewer Pipe Installation: We laid 1,000 linear feet of sewer pipe, sized at 16 inches, to establish an effective and reliable wastewater management system that meets the needs of the development.
Oil/Water Separator Installation: We installed a 1,500-gallon oil/water separator to efficiently treat and filter stormwater runoff, removing contaminants and oil to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Water Line Installation: Our team installed 750 linear feet of water lines, sized at 2 inches, providing a steady and reliable water supply to the site to support daily operations.
Fire Line Installation: To enhance safety, we installed 2,800 linear feet of fire protection lines, sized between 6 inches and 8 inches, ensuring that the site is fully equipped with reliable fire suppression infrastructure.
