Storm Drainage System Installation: We installed 2,000 linear feet of storm pipe, with sizes ranging from 12 inches to 36 inches. This system was designed to efficiently manage stormwater flow, ensuring optimal site drainage and compliance with environmental standards.
Perforated Underground Detention Pond: A 72-inch perforated underground detention pond was constructed to regulate stormwater runoff, improve site sustainability, and meet local regulatory requirements.
Water Line Installation: To support site operations, we installed 600 linear feet of water lines, sized at 2 inches, ensuring a consistent and reliable water supply.
Fire Protection Line Installation: We installed 900 linear feet of fire protection lines, ranging in size from 4 inches to 8 inches, to enhance safety by supporting the site's fire suppression systems.
