Storm Pipe Installation: We installed 87 linear feet of storm pipe, ranging from 12” HDPE to 18" Class III RCP, ensuring effective stormwater drainage and preventing flooding while maintaining the integrity of the site.
Underground Detention System Installation: We installed a 52-chamber ADS underground detention system, designed to manage stormwater runoff efficiently, reduce the risk of flooding, and comply with environmental regulations.
Sewer Line Installation: Our team installed 380 linear feet of sewer line, including the installation of a 1,500-gallon grease trap to treat waste from food-related operations, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and maintaining proper wastewater management.
Domestic Water Line Installation: We installed 480 linear feet of domestic water line, ranging in size from 4” to 8”, ensuring a consistent, reliable water supply to meet the needs of the site.
Fire Water Line Installation: We installed 320 linear feet of 8” fire water line, providing the necessary infrastructure to support the site’s fire suppression system and ensuring safety in case of emergency.
