Site-work for a one-story retail development.
Building Demolition: We demolished an existing 8,276 square foot building, clearing the site for the new construction and ensuring all debris was properly removed.
Site Clearing and Grading: We cleared and graded a 1.5-acre site, preparing a level foundation for future development while ensuring proper drainage and soil stability.
Underground Detention System Installation: We installed a Stormtech MC3500 underground detention system, which helps manage stormwater runoff by capturing and storing excess water, reducing the risk of flooding on the property.
Storm Drainage Pipe Installation: We installed 525 linear feet of storm drainage pipe, ranging in size from 8” to 24”. This infrastructure ensures efficient water flow and reduces the likelihood of flooding.
Sewer Line Installation: We installed 322 linear feet of 6” sewer line, ensuring proper wastewater management and minimizing the risk of backflow or blockages.
Fire Line Installation: We installed 240 linear feet of 6” fire line, providing essential infrastructure for fire suppression systems to ensure the safety of the site.
