Site-work included erosion control, demolition, clearing, and grading. We provided storm, sewer, fire, domestic water systems

Imported 2,000 CY of fill dirt and brought site to required grade elevations and specifications.
Storm Drain System: Installed 1,000 LF of storm pipe ranging in sizes from 18" to 24".
Sewer System: Installed 1,500 gallon septic tank and related leach field.
Fire Line Installation: Installed 600 CF of fire line ranging in sizes 6" to 8" with a 8" double detector check valve.
Domestic Water Installation: Installed 100 CF of 1/2" domestic water lines to the building.
