Warehouse Building Demolition: We demolished a 64,000 square foot existing warehouse building, clearing the site for new development and infrastructure.
Asphalt Demolition: Our team removed 416,750 square feet of asphalt, ensuring the area was ready for further construction, utilities, or landscaping.
Concrete Demolition: We completed the demolition of 43,115 square feet of concrete, preparing the site for new installations.
Loading Docks and Trailer Parking: We prepared space for 25 loading docks and 95 trailer parking spaces, optimizing the site’s logistics infrastructure.
Bioretention Pond Excavation: We excavated for a bioretention pond, including the installation of 320 linear feet of 6” perforated pipe to manage stormwater runoff and enhance environmental sustainability.
Storm Pipe Installation: We installed 2,660 linear feet of storm pipe, ranging in size from 18” to 36”, to ensure efficient stormwater drainage and reduce the risk of flooding.
Sewer Pipe Installation: Our team installed 280 linear feet of 6” PVC sewer pipe, ensuring proper wastewater management for the site.
Pump Station Installation: We installed a pump station to manage water flow and ensure the efficient operation of the site’s drainage system.
Domestic Water Line Installation: We installed 240 linear feet of 4” Class 51 DIP for the domestic water line, ensuring a reliable water supply to the site.
Fire Water Line Installation: Our team installed 40 linear feet of 6” DIP, 320 linear feet of 8” DIP, and 1,660 linear feet of 10” DIP to provide a comprehensive fire suppression system, ensuring safety in the event of an emergency.
Modular Wall Installation: We installed 1,850 square feet of modular walls, providing structural support and enhancing the site’s overall design.
