Berry College - Mount Berry, GA

Site-work included erosion control, demolition, clearing, and grading.

Graded site to required elevations and specifications with necessary grading remediation. Exported and replaced unsuitable soils.
Storm and Secondary Drainage Systems: Installed 2,000 LF of pipe and secondary drainage pipe ranging in sizes 6" to 15"
Underground Detention Pond: Installed Ads Chamber System (ADS SC 740 ) with required fittings, fabric, and stone bedding.
Sewer System: Installed 140 LF of 6" sewer line with a 50 gallon Zurn Z-1185 Lint Interceptor.
Fire Lines: Installed 140 LF fire line pipe ranging in sizes of 4" to 8".
Domestic Water Pipe: Installed 60 LF of 4" domestic water pipe.
