Site-work included erosion control, demolition, clearing, grading, adding a shoring wall and utilities.

Exported 2,000 CY of excess material offsite. Installed engineered shoring system for excavation of basement walls.
Storm Drainage System: Installed 220 LF of strom pipe ranging in sizes 4" to 12". Installed Bayfiller #545 water quality unit. 9LF x 6 LF with 545 Bayfiller Cartridges designed to remove sediment, heavy metals, and phosphorus.
Sewer System: Installed 4" PVC sewer lines to the building.
Domestic Water: Installed 340 LF of 2" PVC water lines.
Fire Line: Installed 340 Lf of 4" of pipe to building.
