Asphalt and Concrete Demolition: We demolished 47,000 SQ FT. of asphalt and concrete, clearing the site for new construction and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of development.
Modular Wall Demolition: Our team demolished 1,140 LF of modular wall, preparing the site for further construction and allowing for the installation of new structural elements.
Existing Storm Drainage Demolition: We removed the existing storm drainage system, ensuring the site was ready for the installation of an updated system to meet current specifications and drainage needs.
Site Clearing and Preparation: We cleared 1.7 acres of land, preparing the site for new development. This included the export of excess fill dirt and excavation for a soil nail wall, ensuring proper foundation support and stability.
Fine Grading and Backfilling: We fine-graded the site and performed backfilling for curb installation, ensuring a level surface and proper drainage for the new curb system.
Storm Drainage Installation: We installed LF of storm drainage, ensuring efficient water management and reducing the risk of flooding on the property.
