Asphalt Demolition: We efficiently demolished 31,650 SQ FT. of asphalt, preparing the site for further construction and infrastructure installation.
Concrete Demolition: Our team also demolished 4,565 SQ FT. of concrete, ensuring a smooth transition for the new construction elements to be installed.
HDPE Storm Pipe Installation: We installed 340 LF of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) storm pipe, designed to effectively manage stormwater runoff and ensure long-lasting drainage solutions.
Class V RCP Pipe Installation: We installed 168 LF of 18-inch Class V reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), providing a reliable and durable solution for stormwater management.
Underground Detention System Installation: We installed 153 chambers of an underground detention system (Storm Capture), designed to manage and control stormwater runoff, reduce flooding risks, and comply with environmental standards.
Bioretention System Installation: Our team also installed a bioretention system, a sustainable solution designed to filter and treat stormwater, improving water quality and supporting environmental goals.
Sanitary Sewer Installation: We installed 380 LF of 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) for sanitary sewer lines, ensuring an efficient and reliable wastewater management system for the site.
