Redevelopment of Retail Strip Mall with Anchor Grocery Store
Grocery Store Demolition: We demolished the existing 80,000 SQ FT. grocery store, formerly known as Kroger Disco, and separated it from other shops in the shopping center. This allowed for the redevelopment and site preparation of a new anchor store.
Site Grading for New Anchor Store: Our team graded the site to prepare for the construction of a new anchor grocery store, ensuring a solid foundation for the upcoming building.
Fine Grading and Backfilling: We fine-graded 163,000 SQ FT. of the site and performed backfilling for curb installation, ensuring a smooth, level surface and proper drainage for the new curb system.
Underground Detention System Installation: We installed a total of 80 Storm trap Double trap units for underground detention, improving stormwater management by capturing and controlling runoff before it enters the drainage system.
Cascade Water Quality Unit Installation: We installed a Cascade Water Quality Unit to further enhance water management on-site, ensuring that runoff is treated before being released into the stormwater system.
Outlet Control Structure Installation: We installed an outlet control structure to regulate the flow of stormwater, ensuring that the system functions efficiently and meets environmental standards.
Storm Drainage Pipe Installation: We installed 1,700 LF of storm drainage pipe, ensuring effective water management and minimizing the risk of flooding on the property.
Sanitary Sewer Pipe Installation: Our team installed 1,520 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, ensuring proper waste management and wastewater flow across the site.
Fire Line Installation: We installed 440 LF of fire line to provide the necessary infrastructure for fire suppression systems, ensuring the safety of the site in case of an emergency.
