Site work included erosion control, demolition of previous two story building, and clearing of landscaping.

Demolition: Complete demo and removal of two story building and all existing parking areas.
Exported 600 CY of excess dirt and graded to required elevations.
Storm Drainage System: Installed 1,200 LF of storm pipe ranging in size 12" to 25".
Underground Detention Ponds: Installed three stormtech underground detention systems with associated fittings.
Sewer System: Installed 300 CF of 6" sewer pipe.
Domestic Water System: Installed 1,000 LF of domestic water pipe ranging in sizes 1 1/2" to 1" pipe.
