23 Acres of heavy land clearing and grading for proposed 118,314 SF Kroger with fuel center, as well as 16,780 SF of shop out-parcels.
Storm Pipe Installation: We installed 5,008 linear feet of storm pipe, ranging from 15” to 48” in diameter, to ensure proper stormwater drainage and flood prevention across the site.
Secondary Drainage Installation: Our team installed 1,130 linear feet of secondary drainage pipes, ranging from 6” to 12” in diameter, to manage additional water runoff and maintain proper site drainage.
Sewer Line Installation: We installed 4,855 linear feet of sewer line, ranging from 4” to 8” in diameter, including 300 linear feet of Jack & Bore for safe pipe placement under existing infrastructure. This work ensures a reliable, long-lasting wastewater management system. Additionally, we installed five 1,500-gallon grease traps to treat waste from food-related operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Domestic Water Line Installation: We installed 2,530 linear feet of domestic water lines, ranging from ¾” to 4” pipe sizes, ensuring a consistent and reliable water supply to the entire site.
Fire Line Installation: We installed 4,460 linear feet of fire line, ranging from 6” to 12” in diameter, to provide the infrastructure necessary to support the site’s fire suppression system and ensure safety in the event of an emergency.
