Site-work included erosion control, demolition, and grading. Along with storm, sewer, water and fire lines with a bio retention pond.

Exported 1,250 CY of excess dirt. Graded site to required elevations.
Storm Drainage System: Installed 440 LF of 18" pipe.
Sanitary Sewer System: Installed 670 LF of 6" pipe.
Fire Line System: Installed 200 LF of 6" DIP, with a 6" back-flow, and FDC and PIV.
Domestic Water Lines: Installed 200 LF of domestic water pipes ranging from 1 1/2 inch to 1" with associated 1" RPZs.
