840 Woodrow is an 8-acre urban mixed-use development located adjacent to the Atlanta Beltline. This expansive project includes a diverse blend of residential and commercial components, featuring three 5–6 story apartment buildings, two 3-story apartment buildings, and two-story live-work townhomes. Additional elements include a renovated brick structure, two street-facing commercial buildings, and a split-level parking garage.
Sitework has progressed steadily and includes the installation of Cultec underground stormwater detention systems, 1,800 linear feet of storm drainage pipe ranging from 18-inch to 36-inch diameter, and 5,000 linear feet of secondary drainage infrastructure. The project also includes utility connections to the City of Atlanta sewer and fire mains, as well as the installation of approximately 2,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe, 2,400 linear feet of water line, and 2,300 linear feet of fire line.
