Lulah Hills - Decatur, GA
NOVEL Lulah Hills is a key component of the broader Lulah Hills development, which is transforming the former North DeKalb Mall into a vibrant, open-air, mixed-use district in Decatur, Georgia. Sitework commenced in January 2026 and includes mass grading, erosion control, and the installation of storm drainage, secondary drainage systems, sanitary sewer infrastructure, as well as fire and domestic water lines.
Located in Decatur, Georgia, the Crescent apartments community is a new multi-family development currently underway. Cummins Enterprises is performing comprehensive site work, including mass grading, underground utilities, storm drainage, and building pad preparation. This project represents another step in supporting quality residential growth throughout the metro Atlanta area.
